We collect only what we need to answer you and to run this site:

• What you send through our contact forms: your name, work email, company, the project details you write, the project scale you choose and, when you came from a service page, that service. The form sends it to us by email; the site keeps no database of submissions.
• What you send when you email us directly.
• Standard request logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

To protect the forms from automated abuse, we check that an email address's domain can receive mail and count submissions per network address for a few minutes. These checks store nothing about you once they have run.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. Your visit is not profiled.

At your request it remembers two things in your own browser: whether you turned the sound on or off, and, until you close the tab, that the opening animation has played. Neither is sent to us or to anyone else, and you can clear both in your browser's settings.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries, proposals, or service requests.
• Operate, protect, and improve our website and infrastructure.
• Meet legal or regulatory requirements where applicable.

We do not use it for advertising, and we make no automated decisions about you.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our email, and only as far as they need it to do so: our website host (Netlify) and our business email provider (Microsoft 365). They process it on our behalf and must keep it safe.

These providers may store and process data in the United States and in other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards they offer for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

Inquiries are kept in our email only as long as we need them to respond, to keep a record of our conversation, or to meet legal and operational requirements. Our host keeps request logs for a limited period. If you would like your details removed, contact us at info@daqconsulting.com and we will do so unless we must keep them for legal purposes.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the European Union and the United Kingdom, KVKK in Türkiye, or state privacy laws in the United States), you may ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy of it.
• Correct it, or delete it.
• Restrict or object to how we use it.

Send your request to info@daqconsulting.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiries is limited to the people who need to answer them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this statement to reflect new practices or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be dated and posted on this page.
